Black Men Work has established a program that is currently in operation, aimed at enhancing community mental health through engagement, thought-provoking discussions, spiritual healing, psychoeducation, and more. The meaning of “Jabali is Swahili for firm as a rock, but even more, it indicates someone in the community who is resilient, trustworthy, and positively influences others. The program will enable men from diverse backgrounds and ages to participate in transgenerational transformation, fostering resilience and community engagement.
